Howard started Butler Mortgage in 1994, and firmly believes in the concept of making every customer a “Raving Fan” by going above and beyond the level of service normally expected of someone in the mortgage business. Howard is licensed in Florida and Georgia and enjoys family time, running, basketball, and golf.

Over twenty years ago, Renee was a nervous first-time homebuyer applying with Butler Mortgage. Her Loan officer sensed something special in Renee and mentored her in a new career path in the mortgage industry. Over the past couple of decades, Renee has worked in every department and immersed herself in every aspect of the lending business. This full circle level of experience has given her a competitive edge that not many mortgage loan originators achieve. Renee exhibits a passion for helping her clients, putting their satisfaction at the forefront. In her words, “This is a milestone event in life. Mortgage transactions are often the biggest financial investment a person will make in their lifetime. To be a part of such a monumental event is what it is all about for me!”

Stuart grew up in Wisconsin, but settled in Lakeland, Florida after school. Stuart has specialized in Osceola County mortgage lending since 1987 and has been with Butler Mortgage from the start. He is a 5 time Loan Officer of the Year winner.

Real Estate Agents, builders, and customers all find Stuart easy to work with and his knowledge of available mortgage products is second to none. Away from the office, Stuart enjoys boating, paintball, and is an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast.

Born and raised in Kissimmee, Joshua joined Butler Mortgage upon graduating from Florida State University in 2020. He quickly learned the various facets of the mortgage business and now enjoys educating and helping families purchase homes. Joshua understands that while gaining knowledge and experience are crucial, doing what is best for his customers is the most important aspect of his job. Those customers and the Realtors who work with him rave about Joshua’s attention to detail and exceptional communication.

Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Horacio settled in Central Florida in 1979 after obtaining a degree in Business Administration from Defiance College in Ohio. He started his banking career working for Sun Bank as a Loan Officer and Assistant Manager, then moved on to Barnett Bank as a Manager.

Horacio developed a reputation for honesty and respect for both the customer and the professional real estate agent and works hard to ensure that there are no unpleasant “surprises” at loan closings.
